In complete denial that summer is over? Need an antidote to the impending autumnal blues…
If you, like us, can not bear the thought that summer is actually over (even Strictly isn’t cushioning the blow this year) then a cheeky long weekend at Le Riad Yasmine in Marrakech, an oasis of tranquility and affordable luxury, may be the answer.
Gabriel and Alice, originally from the South of France, moved to Marrakech in November 2015 and took over the direction of Le Riad Yasmine (which opened in 2002). Since then, they have worked hard renovating, decorating and super styling to transform the Riad into a green paradise, an urban jungle in the heart of the bustling Medina of Marrakech.
The Riad Yasmine team has, at its heart, to make your stay unforgettable and to make you feel ‘home away from home’ and you will be greeted by one of the Riad team: Outmane, Ibrahim, Alice or Gabriel and even Bowie the resident cat. Undoubtably, the swimming pool is the pièce de résistance, a safe haven of calm and tranquillity with its luxury poolside beds and jungle vibe environment, an open invitation to laziness. The 220m Roof Terrace offers a breath-taking view of the medina and the Koutoubia, Medersa Ben Youssef and the snow-capped Atlas Mountains. The perfect spot to sit and unwind or have a night cap. Healthy, sumptuous lunches and dinners are prepared for you daily from the freshest local ingredients and are available upon request. All dietary requirements are catered for.
The living room and reading nook are relaxed spaces to meet other guests or to chill out on your own or with your friends. Created by local craftsmen in the traditional tadelakt style and is a sticking backdrop to the beautifully curated artefacts with the ceilings being carved stucco, all in all, a perfect place to chill out. The reading nook has a fireplace that is lit during the colder days.
Cooking Classes: Join the Chef Driss Mella from Marrakech Gastronomy for cooking class on our rooftop.
Side Car Adventures: Off the beaten track experience in 3-wheels sidecar.
Hammam & Souks: Experience a traditional Moroccan bath and scrubbing is a must during your stay, just ask for local spa recommendations or, get lost in the local market and find real treasures.

But there is so much more….rug Shopping, day trip tours and desert tours…so much to do, so little time!
A bucket list MUST!
