Elitis Wallpaper

Fanciful Japanese-inspired decors (Soleil Levant), geometric or plant patterns (Pop), and colourful velvets (Alcove) offer unique compositions. Materials such as wood (Essence de Bois), abaca leaf (Opening) or our extremely sophisticated oxidized metal (Oxyde) add colour palettes and authentic yet unexpected tones to our ranges.

Soleil levant – New for 2019

Elitis says of its new Soleil Levant range – “The universe is in motion. Here, life comes straight from Japanese kimonos themselves. Birds, cherry blossoms, streams or fish run up the walls. The room comes alive with the soft colours of these panoramics, taking us into an infinite story echoing over and over”.

The bold repeat of Mediterranean citrus fruits seen in Arance are a prolific theme throughout the Fornasetti archive, originally appearing on the tray ‘Fette d’arancia’ in the 1950s and repurposed by Barnaba Fornasetti in the 90s as a graphic fabric print. This organic study has been produced in true-to-life palettes of Blood Orange, Orange, and Lemon on strikingly contrasting grounds of chalky Seafoam and Stone, as well as the sumptuous Ink.
